Every resource is independent. Drop the inventory in without taking the phone, swap the housing system, or extend with your own — nothing is welded together.

Shared HUD, menu, and theming primitives mean the phone, MDT, admin panel, and inventory all feel like one product. Every NUI is built with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Vite — not scattered HTML files and vanilla JS.

Characters, vehicles, properties, jobs, evidence — all backed by MySQL with schemas migrated automatically on first boot. No JSON-file persistence.

Inventories, currency, vehicle ownership and door state are all validated on the server. Anti-cheat helpers ship in st_utils so you don't roll your own.

A consistent surface across every resource — typed exports for synchronous reads, scoped events for cross-resource hooks. Documented, not guessed.

Threaded loops are budgeted. Heavy systems (target, zones, doors) use batched native calls. The hot path stays under a millisecond on a stocked server.

Proximity voice, multi-channel radio, themed chat, and a synchronised music system — all wired together so VOIP states and radio submixes Just Work.
